Purpose
The purpose of this publication is to give you the skills and expertise you need to create a health coaching business you’re proud of, that you love, and that loves you back. I know that can mean different things to different people, so let me tell you what it means to me.
It means having a business where you help more people, get paid more for what you do, and you have the freedom and flexibility to work when and where you want.
Since 2017, I’ve been helping natural health coaches and practitioners do just that.
My approach combines the expertise I gained building and marketing high-profile brands (like MTV, Nickelodeon, and Pokémon) with powerful copywriting skills.
Only a handful of people in the world know the copywriting skills I know. I learned them as an apprentice to one of the top natural health copywriters and marketers in the world. (I even had to sign an NDA to work with him!)

Why Health Coaches Struggle To Get Clients
When I started helping health coaches with their marketing in 2017, I was shocked by some of the things I saw. So many of them were spinning their wheels trying to get enough clients to build a steady business.
None of them were ever taught how to market themselves effectively or how to scale their businesses. So many of them joined a program or hired a coach to help them. But they weren’t getting the results they hoped for.
They were still stuck in the “dollars for hours” trap. And many of them felt burned out.
Like me, they felt pulled to do work that made a difference. They wanted to create a business that felt aligned with who they were and made them feel fulfilled.
And just like me, many of them dreamed of having a business that gave them the freedom they craved. But they struggled to stand out and connect with people who wanted to work with them.
How I Help Health Professionals Create a Successful Coaching Business
As I worked with more and more health professionals, I realized they were all facing the same marketing dilemma – They didn’t sound unique, so they blended in with everyone else.
As long as that was true, I knew there was no niche, gorgeous website, or marketing “system” that would help them. And they’d most likely suffer the same fate as the 95% of people who try to create a successful health coaching business and end up failing.
I also knew that if they were positioned to stand out, and if they had the right kind of marketing assets, they would have a much better chance at succeeding. And I tested my theory with one of my clients.
This client had a program to help health coaches build an online business with a webinar funnel. I joined the team to help the coaches with their copy.
But I first helped them with their positioning. I even created trainings for my client that walked them through how to do it. It showed them how to position themselves so they had a unique marketing advantage.
Then once they had their unique positioning, I’d help them with their messaging. And it worked like gangbusters!
One coach helped people restore knee strength and mobility after ACL surgery. His new positioning gave him the confidence to double his price when he launched his webinar. Two months in, he had his first $12,000 month
Another coach helped people with MS. Now she regularly makes over $20k a month. She was deeply moved by her first year’s success because she was able to give her daughters everything they wanted for Christmas for the first time ever
And another coach was in the completely saturated weight loss niche. With her unique positioning and captivating messaging, she made $110,000 in 4 months!
